🚚 Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We plan to expand to other regions in the future.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Are beauty devices eligible for return after use?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty and personal care devices are non-returnable.
This policy helps ensure product safety for all customers.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
